As a result, we've created an environment where each team member not only thrives professionally but also experiences personal growth within our close-knit community.   MAIN PURPOSE Rituals is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join the Innovation team at Rituals office in Amsterdam. During this internship you will be part of the Product Data & Process team that is responsible for delivering new product data into our Masterdata System and continously improving the process of gathering and communicating data.  
 Due to the dynamic environment of Rituals, there are many tasks and projects that can be tackled during the internship. The person we seek is able to quickly understand processes and find ways to do it simpler, better and faster. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the Product Data Program team to provide insights on our supplier data for Sustainability & Tax purposes. Communication with suppliers as we collect their product data, review it and analyze all their information.  Implement new ticketing system under supervision of Manager NPD Data Allign with product managers to collect input for request automation Point of contact for BT for all projects concerning change requests within the NPD process Within this internship there is room for a lot of personal input, and we expect a high degree of independence.  You collaborate with our NPD (New Product Development) product data team, Product development team, NPD communication team, Business Technology team and Planning team.  Both internal-and external stakeholder management is a huge part of your job.
